The Global Capital Markets
The Capital Markets and its Three Pillars
We see the Capital Market as a Market with three primary constituents: Enterprises, Individuals, and Government and they are both Seekers of capital as well as Providers of capital.
We think it is impervative for the capital development of a country and the world at large to foster a Virtuous Cycle between these six forces which should result in ESG Responsible Enterprises , Individuals and Governments being in the positons to find both the required capital for their sustained developments as well as the vehicles to channel the capital they are ready and prepared to provide.

John Maynard Keynes
“Speculators may do no harm as bubbles on a steady stream of enterprise. But the position is serious when enterprise becomes a bubble on a whirlpool of speculation. When the capital development of a country becomes a by-product of the activities of a casino, the job is likely to be ill-done“
Our Maison of Capital Markets
We think the size and diversity of Pan-Asia should mean that the capital market architecture of Pan-Asia will likely be characterized by multi-centres with each having its own role. Whether Pan-Asia as a whole can eventually develop into a coherent and integrated capital market capable of creating and self-sustaining the region’s own growth and development would depend on whether there exist the proper vision and framework that can drive such development.
